Choosing categories for a reality
Select the ones that genuinely describe it. A reality for a friend's recovery belongs in Health & Wellness and Uplifting Others. A reality for a forest belongs in Environment and in Local if the forest is near you. Accurate categories bring the people most likely aligned with it.
Choosing your own interests
Your selected interests live in your profile and can be changed at any time under Change Interest. Someone who selects Health & Wellness and Environment sees those realities. This is how the timeline stays meaningful as the community grows. The app defaults to all categories so that you do not initially miss anything that might matter to you.
Local, and what it makes possible
Local exists so that geography can gather people. A fire in one region, a family in one town, a hospital everyone knows the name of. As the community grows, Local is how a shared place becomes a shared practice.
